We ordered the Aikko coffee table. The process was less than ideal. However the customer service from Jayne of Cranmore was exemplery. Ultimately we were satisfied with the table, but wowed by the support, so just placed an order for a hanging chair. mark and jo

Their customer service is excellent. They were so helpful anc sent photos of the vase I was after so I knew exactly what it looked like. I was worried how it would travel being sent from Perth to Melbourne but it was packaged up perfectly and arrived safely. It was also beautifully gift wrapped and all this was with free shipping. I was very impressed and will definitively order from there again
