Whitney and the team at Urbani Furniture have been fantastic in helping us out recently in regards to one of their dining settings. We purchased the 10 seat dining setting a fair few years ago and cannot fault it. It's been a wonderful addition to our outdoor area and have enjoyed many entertaining events with it. We had a bit of an unfortunate accident with the glass recently and the team at Urbani have been wonderful in providing replacement options. The after sales service has been exceptional and we were relieved as the rest of the setting was still looking great. I would go strait back to Urbani if I needed to purchase other outdoor settings as I am confident in the quality of the items and the support you receive after the sale. They have been wonderful for us.

Whitney has been incredibly helpful, allowing us to lay-by a new outdoor setting and accommodated us making regular payments over an extended period. This shop has got the nicest outdoor furniture selection I've come across! Modern beautiful wicker settings and helpful service, it was a very pleasant shopping experience. I now have a gorgeous day bed and I'm looking forward to using it this summer!

Beautiful outdoor pieces!!! Quality frames with solid construction beneath the wicker. Did not have to build or construct anything. Was such a relief. No flat packed pieces. All items were delivered on time too, no waiting around for hours like with other companies. I purchased a daybed and dinning setting in black wicker with silver/grey cushions. So comfortable and visually stunning. Thank you.

Excellent quality, high standard of customer service by Whitney and her Mother and they offer great colour fabric designs choices that are thick quality. I have bought 5years ago and last week so I know there products last well! I have had so many comments on my white daybed with the blue and white stripes it's so amazing and different!
